Yes! Speaking is a key part of every class. During each 45-minute session, you’ll practise speaking in small groups, interact with other learners, and speak directly with your teacher.
Speaking-focused classes have a maximum of 12 participants, with around 8 in a typical session. That means plenty of opportunities to speak, practise real English, and receive individual feedback from your Cambridge-qualified teacher.

It exists so your teacher can focus on what people do best: explaining nuance, motivating you, and adapting to how you actually speak. Real teachers lead every live session.
Live classes with our expert teachers run from B2 Intermediate to C2 Proficiency, and you drop into the ones that match where you are. Speaking Practice Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 participants. Keeping the groups small means everyone has more chances to speak and can receive individual feedback and corrections during the session.
English Live includes 12 live sessions with our expert teachers per monthly subscription cycle, which you can use whenever it suits you.
Some sessions focus on speaking practice, while others are shorter and designed to help you improve your vocabulary and grammar through active participation in class.
Please note that unused sessions do not carry over to your next subscription period.
Grammar and Vocabulary classes usually have around 15 participants. The focus is on taking part in interactive activities, sharing answers and comments, and asking the teacher questions whenever you need help.
