Easy English and English Live are available as monthly plans and as longer prepaid plans. The price, any discount and the plan length are shown before you pay.
Fixed-date programmes, private lesson packs and add-on bundles are one-off purchases and never renew.
Any taxes that apply where you live are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. We do not add fees at checkout.
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Plans that renew are charged on the same day each period, starting from the day you buy.
At checkout we tell you whether your plan renews automatically. Before a plan renews, we email you a reminder with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.
You can turn off renewal at any time under Account › Billing at lingu.com/en/account/billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your right to cancel a new purchase within 14 days is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If we change the price of a plan that renews, we tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then and keep your current price until the end of the paid period.
If a renewal payment fails, we try again and email you. You keep access for 7 days while you update your payment details. If payment is still not made after 7 days, we pause your access until it is paid.
Organisations buying seats or licences are invoiced under their contract with us, and these terms apply only where the contract refers to them.
